All reports can be found on the patient tab. An example of the BiomeOne® Analysis report can be found here.
Your report will be made available after the sample has been collected, returned and analyzed in the lab and through our bioinformatics and proprietary pipelines. Once the report is available, the "Download Report" button will turn blue and the analysis status will update to "Done".
After clicking on "Download report", you will receive a PDF file with the BiomeOne® Analysis report for your interpretation. To open the file, you will need a program that can read PDF files, e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you are unable to download the report, check if your browser (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) is blocking the download. You may need to adjust your settings. If you are still unable to download the report, please contact our customer service.
