Any clinical oncologist or certified healthcare professional can create a BiomeDx account at any time. You must create an account to order a BiomeOne® Analysis test kit on the BiomeDx platform. With your account, you can manage your profile, order test kits, view the history of test kits ordered for your patients and access downloadable reports with your results. Multiple accounts with the same email address are not allowed.
If you do not have an account and would like to register, visit https://platform.biome-dx.com/signup. There you have to enter your personal and contact information, set a password and provide information about your medical specialty, place of work and country. At this step, you will also need to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are a licensed healthcare professional.
You will receive an e-mail in the next few minutes with a link to confirm your e-mail address. If it takes too long, please check your spam folder.
Each BiomeDx customer account is associated with an email address. You must confirm that the email address you provide is yours by clicking on the verification link that is sent after creating an account.
If you do not confirm ownership of the email address within 24 hours, the registration link will expire. This means that all information entered during registration will not be saved. If you do not complete your registration by confirming your account, you will need to re-enter all your customer details.
If you update your e-mail address in your customer profile, you will be sent another link to confirm the new e-mail address.
Log in
Once you have created your account and validated your email address, you are almost ready to order your first BiomeOne® Analysis test kit
You can now log in to your validated BiomeDx account by entering the email address and password you chose in the previous steps.
